PRADIPIKA Yoga & Therapy was founded in 2018 with a simple intention—to make the wisdom and practices of yoga accessible and meaningful in everyday life.
After a meaningful pause to focus on family, Pradipika Yoga & Therapy is entering a new chapter with a renewed vision: to bring traditional yoga practices into the realities of modern life, offering approaches that are practical, adaptable, and relevant to today’s busy lifestyles.

Where the Journey Began
My journey with yoga began in Bangalore, India, at a young age. What began as a practice gradually became a way of life—one that brought me some of the most meaningful and life-changing experiences of my journey. Pradipika grew alongside that journey, becoming a space where the love and wisdom of yoga could be shared with others. I feel incredibly proud to see my brother carry the institute forward with his dedication, commitment, and deep love for yoga, taking Pradipika to new heights. Today, that journey continues in California, with the opening of a second, independently operated Pradipika center, just as the institute in India continues its own journey. Though our paths are independent, our roots and love for yoga remain connected. While each center has its own path and community, both remain connected by the same roots and the shared intention of bringing the wisdom and practice of yoga into everyday life.
