Hello, I'm Pooja

Beyond being a yoga teacher, I’m a mom to three wonderful children and fortunate to share life with a loving and supportive husband. My family is at the heart of my life, and I cherish the joy of being there for my loved ones while navigating our wonderfully busy home and - with three kids, I’ve also had plenty of opportunities to practice my breathing!
My creativity flourishes through art, nature, outdoor and culinary adventures, where each new dish is a delightful experiment—even if it doesn’t always make the cut!
Every now and then, I truly enjoy my own company, with a warm dessert, a quiet corner, and absolutely no one asking "What's for dinner?". Those moments of stillness are precious.
I believe these simple, everyday moments are where much of life’s beauty lives. They have also shaped the way I teach yoga—with an appreciation for slowing down, being present, finding balance, and making space for what truly matters.
For me, yoga is not separate from life. It is something we carry with us—in how we breathe, how we move, how we connect, and how we show up for ourselves and the people we love.
That’s the spirit I bring to my teaching—traditional yoga, made meaningful for real life.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I hope you feel welcome to practice exactly as you are.
